Your Life Would Be Much Better If Only…
My wonderful brethren, how are you all doing today? It’s been a very hectic few days for me, but God’s help and grace have been invaluable as I’ve been able to pull through and achieve much more than I’d expected.
Despite my water-tight schedule, though, I have a short exhortation for someone out there today, and I pray that these words are not discarded or treated with levity but well heeded.
See, when Jesus warned about having a beam in one’s eye yet complaining about the mote in someone else’s eye, HE was referring to many people who are fond of focusing on the perceived issues, struggles, and challenges of others so much that they hypocritically ignore their own glaringly worse failures – Read Matthew 7:3-5.
My brothers and sisters, the sad truth is that if many people would spend a quarter of the time they spend being malicious, envious, despicably jealous, manipulatively narcissistic, and vile towards others around them on their own life, success, and salvation, they will not only surely make heaven but will also make great fortunes for themselves here on earth before they pass on!
Please do not ignore these words today; your life would be a lot better than it currently is right now if only you learn to focus more on your life and stop wasting crucial energy and life force chasing, envying, and hating on people who are even way better than and above you in life.
Nothing good can ever come out of stupid jealousy and envy once conceived, and you allow it to grow in your heart. Remember Cain?
A word, as the saying goes, is enough for the wise…hopefully, you will be one of such as are wise.
May God watch over you always, be with you, and keep you safe in all your ways, in the name of Jesus Christ; Amen!
