Do you want to be very happy, successful and fulfilled in life? If your answer is yes, you need to completely get rid of distractions. First things first: You need to eliminate distractions and get focused on your vision.
I have come to realize that FOCUS is the gateway to success in life and it’s the best way to achieve greatness. FOCUS is the gateway to success in business and in your chosen career.
Focus is so important because it is the gateway to all thinking: perception, memory, strategic planning and execution, learning, reasoning, problem solving, and decision making. Without good focus, all aspects of your ability to think will suffer. Here’s a simple reality: if you can’t focus effectively, you can’t think effectively and you can’t plan or execute your plans intelligently|smartly.
This is the reason why those who don’t want to see you succeed in life bring distractions to you in different disguises and if you allow yourself to continously be distracted, you will not achieve anything meaningful in life, and no matter how brilliant, intelligent, hardworking and committed you are to the pursuit of your goals.
So, its necessary for you to say no to distractions and detractors. When you’ve a set goal, or a great target to reach, you must stay focused and by all means avoid distractions; and against all odds never allow distractions or any sentiments that will lure you into unproductive ventures, activities, or situations. Distractions can come in different guises and from different angles and people. Be smart enough to identify them, and disconnect from all of them to remain focused on your vision and set goals.
It’s also very important to be focus-driven and to keep your head up. Always envision your mission and make good use of your time. Don’t allow side talks, gossips, discouraging words, insults, and other negative attitudes from people to weigh you down or make you lose focus on your vision.
These few words of wisdom from Amadiegwu Obinwa Geoffrey may be a good soul tonic for you this morning:
“Keep your head high. The end justifies the means. You might not be noticed now, your efforts might also not be seen now. Don’t worry, keep pushing till the end.
You might also be mocked at for starting with nothing, laughed at for not having the grand openings. Don’t let it deter you, keep keeping on.
And of course you might also be fought for no just reason, to kick you out of track probably because they also have seen where you are headed. Don’t give in. All these are targeted at one thing, distraction. Stay focused, keep your eyes on the mark, then you win.”
Always remember that your FOCUS determines your REALITY.
