My fellow Nigerians, we remain calm and law-abiding as we patiently await official responses to our duly filed petitions addressed to the Nigeria Police Force and the Honourable Attorney-General of the Federation. These concerns are raised strictly in the national interest. No citizen is more Nigerian than another, and crime must never be tolerated, excused, politicized, or forgiven through sentiment.
Let me state this clearly and unequivocally:
I have not withdrawn my petitions, and I have no intention of withdrawing them.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Notice of Discontinuance filed by the AGF on 15 December 2025 was entered weeks before the emotional Christmas/New Year remarks made by the Senate President. Those remarks were personal to him and for himself alone, not for me.
I am an independent person, an independent entity, and an independent petitioner. I have no political, personal, or business attachment to the Senate President beyond being listed by the Police as one of the witnesses in his matter. Being listed as a witness does not extinguish, waive, or diminish my constitutional right to pursue my separate and independent cases.
My petitions are distinct, autonomous, and legally severed from the Senate President’s matter.
Let the facts be placed on record:
• Did I file my petition against Natasha Akpoti independently?
YES.
• Did I accompany the Senate President in April 2025 to file any complaint or petition against Natasha?
NO.
• Was my petition formally assigned and investigated by the Police?
YES.
• Was I officially served the investigation report as requested and as required by professional police procedure?
NO.
Furthermore, my case was NOT listed among the matters withdrawn by the AGF. The public notice expressly referenced the matters involving the Senate President and Yahaya Bello. Prof. Sandra Duru was not mentioned. My case remains pending, unresolved, and unprosecuted.
It is also on official record that Natasha Akpoti admitted, in her first documented police statement, that she spoke with me. Mr. Ina equally confirmed that he connected Natasha with Prof. Sandra (Prof. Mgbeke Media).
Despite this, Natasha and her hired whistleblowers alleged that the audio evidence was cloned, altered, and AI-generated, and further alleged that I paid for such services. Independent forensic examination conclusively proved these claims to be false.
There are also grave allegations of international concern involving the alleged murder of Miss Umoren, alleged organ harvesting, and alleged transplant involving the Senate President’s wife. The public deserves to know:
• What were the conclusions of these allegations?
• Were they investigated?
• Who was found culpable, if any?
• Have prosecutions followed?
Am I mentally unstable or deranged, as some have suggested, or did I submit admissible, forensically examined evidence to the Police in good faith?
An official police press briefing or press conference will greatly assist in clearing the air, restore public confidence, and should be immediately followed by uninterrupted prosecution of all culpable persons without political interference.
I strongly believe that the appropriate authorities will exercise their constitutional duties, use their good offices to prevent avoidable national embarrassment, avert crisis, and do the right thing at the right time.
Nigeria must work.
Justice must speak.
The law must stand.
