Do you know why almost all our “old fashioned” parents and ancestors lived and enjoyed long and relatively peaceful lives? The answer to this question is much closer than you may be thinking right now.
Yes, it is because they were wise enough to know what to disclose and what to keep private about their lives! Unlike this social media age, where many people’s entire lives are practically live-streamed daily, they avoided many needless battles and enemies because they shrouded their lives in wise secrecy.
I live like our forefathers and practice their healthy living lifestyle and I have integrated this into my daily activities.
