“Good day Madam, we are doing a news report on the police investigation of Senator Akpabio and Senator Natasha.
There are rumours that your support for Senator Akpabio is for reward purposes as posted by one Hamisa Lamisi.
We would like to hear your own side to balance our news report

Yesterday, a Swift reporter contacted me seeking my response to an article published by Senator Natasha Akpoti’s legislative aide, Lamisi Hamza. In line with my longstanding professional respect for media colleagues, Mgbeke media management requested sight of the said publication before any engagement. The article turned out to be the controversial piece authored by Hamza Lamisi, a legislative aide to a Nigerian Senator, Natasha Akpoti, in which defamatory remarks were falsely attributed to the Senate President of Nigeria and the Head of the IGP Monitoring Unit.
Let me once again openly state clearly, and for the avoidance of doubt that this retraction, media statements, or publication responding to those defamatory claims, remarks, statements, posts made by Mr. Hamza Lamisi did not emanate from the official Police Public Relations Department or the Force Public Relations Officer, which remains the only lawful channel through which the Nigerian Police may communicate official positions to the public. Any purported disclaimer or narrative outside that framework lacks legal authority and institutional legitimacy. We still await the official announcement or outcome of this investigation from the appropriate police department.
Further, no person or authority within the Nigerian Police has the lawful power to consolidate, merge, withdraw, or otherwise tamper with my personal and independent criminal complaints submitted to the Nigeria Police Force without my knowledge, consent, or formal notification. My petitions were filed independently. I may be a witness in related matters, but I remain firmly autonomous in my own major criminal case, which stands separate, distinct, and unresolved.
I am an independent complainant. Allegations of human organ harvesting, organ trafficking, and murder are not matters of defamation. They constitute grave criminal offences under Nigerian law and serious violations of international human rights law, including crimes against human dignity, conspiracy, criminal defamation, false information, obstruction of justice, abuse of office, and actions capable of attracting international jurisdiction and scrutiny.
I am not the Senate President of Nigeria. I did not withdraw any complaint or petition against Natasha Akpoti or any other person listed in my petitions. I have never done so, and I have no intention of doing so now, or ever.
Natasha Akpoti herself publicly acknowledged that the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio did not withdraw his complaint against her, and she made those statements without remorse, even right inside the federal high court’s premises in Nigeria where the pronouncements of the withdrawal were made official, and i want to also say clearly that a case struck out of the court is not the same as a defendant DISCHARGED AND ACQUITTED. Such matters can be reopened, reviewed, recalled, reinvestigated, and properly prosecuted by the appropriate authorities and jurisdiction. Therefore, the question arises as to which case CP Akin Fakorede purports to be referencing in this orchestrated publication.
Can the Nigerian Police produce and serve on me a formal investigation report detailing the status, findings, and outcome of my petition, particularly on the human organ harvesting allegations? On what legal basis was my independent complaint allegedly merged with another without proper consultation, consent, notice, or official written communication to me or my organization, TUFF as the complainant? My petition was investigated. It has not been prosecuted. My admissible evidence remains on record and awaits due process.
I was globally and criminally defamed by Natasha Akpoti and her agents, including Maazi Obinna Akuwudike and Francess Ogbonnaya, who falsely alleged that Natasha Akpoti’s voice was altered, cloned, or generated using artificial intelligence and that I paid them to do so. Natasha Akpoti in her very first statement to the police denied ever speaking to me, while the forensic evidence proved otherwise. These allegations were subjected to forensic examination. Official police forensic reports and independent United States forensic expert analysis conclusively vindicated me and established that the voice in question is one hundred percent Natasha Akpoti’s and was neither altered nor cloned. Yet, despite this, the culprits remain unprosecuted while I continue to suffer harassment, intimidation, and unlawful attacks, rendering Nigeria’s cybercrime laws a subject of global ridicule.
Neither Natasha Akpoti nor her collaborators have been held accountable for these crimes.
I reiterate clearly that I have no case, alliance, or arrangement with the Senate President. I approached the Nigerian Police solely and independently regarding my cases against Natasha Akpoti. Central among these is the allegation made by Natasha Akpoti that Miss Umoren was murdered, that her organs were harvested, and that the Senate President of Nigeria and his wife were responsible. This allegation implicates the third highest office in the country and is therefore a matter of national and international importance.
The Nigerian people and the global community deserve to know whether such a crime occurred. If the allegation is false, Natasha Akpoti must be prosecuted. If it is true, the perpetrators must be prosecuted without political interference. The final police report must be made public in the interest of justice, transparency, and Nigeria’s international credibility.
CP Akin Fakorede’s conduct appears calculated to shield Natasha Akpoti from prosecution. At no time was I contacted, written to, or formally notified that my petition had been merged, withdrawn, or concluded. No official letter was served on me or my organization. A fully investigated matter cannot be buried without prosecution through administrative manipulation.
Accordingly, we formally demand that our separate and independent petition be prosecuted to its lawful conclusion without political interference. We further demand the immediate investigation and prosecution of Hamza Lamisi and all others involved in criminal defamation, dissemination of false information, and weaponization of lies to destroy innocent citizens.
This is a test case for the integrity of Nigeria’s justice system. The world is watching us and Nigeria’s laws must be shown to be respected, enforceable, credible, and not subject to political bargaining.
