Most distractions are not caused by external forces at all.
Most distractions does not start outside at all but starts from within us.
The root cause of why we becoming distracted is because we feel these emotional states that we need to escape, something we need to hide from.
Our daily lives are often a series of habits played out through the day, a trammeled existence fettered by the slow accretion of our previous actions.
But habits can be changed, as difficult as that may seem sometimes.
