Let the records be made very clear. I am not merely a principal witness in Natasha Akpoti’s ongoing criminal trials. That distinction is material, legal, and intentional. I have an independent legal rights on this matter.
Therefore, when I encounter speculative narratives, misinformation, or so called stories about case withdrawals, including this public statement:
“The federal government has withdrawn the criminal charge against Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, senator representing Kogi central. The notice of discontinuance was filed in suit number FHC/ABJ/CR/195/2025 between the federal government and Akpoti-Uduaghan. I do not react. I simply smile. My silence is strategic, deliberate, and constructive, not passive.
I have already demonstrated, clearly and unequivocally, my resolve, strength, and strong conviction in court and through lawful processes, directly to Natasha Akpoti. This matter is far bigger than personalities. It is of national and international importance, touching the integrity, credibility, and reputation of Nigeria itself.
I have all the investigation reports, forensic evidence and authenticated reports, videos, forensics done and signed by the police authorities and all that CP Akin Fakorede and the IGP Kayode Egbetokun did and all the meetings held with the AGF Lateef Fagbemi! You guys must be JOKERS! No wonder the IGP and his criminal in police uniform Akin Fakorede tried to talk me out of this matter and when i refused, i became a threat to them and the attack on me and my team intensified and the threat to my life became worse. I kept all of them recorded! Yes, I RECORDED ALL OF THEM! Because i didn’t trust any one of them during the investigation!
My family, my character, my integrity, my credibility, my brands, my associates, and my friends were deliberately dragged into this matter. Coordinated smear campaigns were sponsored. Paid media attacks were executed. Even certain high ranking politicians and top police officers crossed professional and legal boundaries to directly target me. These are facts, not allegations, and they form part of an extensive evidentiary record. I documented it all!
The Attorney General of the Federation, Mr. Fagbemi, the Inspector General of Police, Dr. Kayode Egbetokun and a few representatives of the Presidency cannot deny that they have not engaged with me on multiple occasions regarding this case and my very firm and non negotiable stance. This matter must run its full legal course.
Natasha Akpoti’s criminal cases must be completed, not politicized, abandoned, or quietly buried, if Nigeria is serious about protecting the credibility of its police, the authority of its courts, and the confidence of the international community. No wonder this shameless serial liar, Natasha Akpoti thinks she can challenge me and Meta in court? She has just opened a door to RIDICULE HERSELF, the federal government of Nigeria and all the parties involved on both sides! I have got not one single thing to lose but to rub them all in the mud except they do the needful, FAST!
For the avoidance of doubt, the foundational publications (handbooks) arising from this unique case have already been successfully completed and released. They are historic works, grounded in real life events, primary documentation, and verifiable records. A revised and updated edition will be published after one year to ensure completeness and accuracy, including additional material on the tole of the police, Austin Okai’s relationship with Natasha Akpoti and Emmanuel, as well as documented meetings held at the former Delta State governor’s residence in Abuja, Nigeria, involving hired collaborators, including Peter Agbai Kalu and others.
As of today, no official notification, directive, or lawful communication indicating any case withdrawal has been received from the Federal Government or the Office of the Attorney General of the Federation.
Until such communication exists in law and on record, the facts remain unchanged. The cases stand. The evidence stands. And so do I. Since lawlessness is allowed, tolerated, and promoted in Nigeria, please, be ready to welcome mine through so many channels!
Silence, in this context, is not weakness. It is discipline. It is strategy. And it is confidence in the law.
Someone has to teach our leaders a lesson brilliantly, intelligently, strategically and in a Gen-Z cum ancient way, the two combos will have a huge impact on how they handle serious issues!
