There is only now. And look! How rich we are in it. Accept the moment.
Many of us wake up daily and feeling like our world is crumbling and we start to feel low spirited, frustrated, disorganized and very sad.
Some days, you feel down, distressed: anxiety, anxious, overwhelmed, irritated, upset, wishing things were different, comparism, worry, wishing other people would be different, feeling snubbed, hated, seclusion, fear of failure, not wanting to do something, angry at being controlled, wanting to find the perfect someone, trying to get yourself back on track, stressed about relationships and investments, not knowing how to fix some things, uncertain about choices, not wanting to think about problems, rushing from one task to the next and not liking your career, your job or even your workplace.
