He That Findeth, Not She That Findeth – Stop Disgracing Your Heritage!
God made man pursue the woman and not the other way around. There’s a reason why this scripture below was written this way and not in any other form because the message is supposed to be quite clear and very simple from this:
“Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, And obtaineth favour of the LORD.” – Proverbs 18:22.
Believe me, my dear sister, if God wanted or created you to be running after, proposing marriage to, or wooing a man, I’m very sure HE would have also added: “She who findeth a husband too,” but HE didn’t, did HE? That’s because the message, instruction, and commandment are simple: Don’t chase after him – QED!
You should be the one being chased, not the one chasing him around. Let him pursue you! By letting him know you won’t come running, you’re giving him space to figure out what he wants from you.
Suppose he comes after you, great! If he doesn’t, even greater – you just dodged a bullet by avoiding a man who either doesn’t genuinely want you or, even worse, is very indecisive. Either way, your beautiful self is better off without such drama around you!
My dear, you need to focus on preparing yourself, as a divinely blessed queen, for the king God has created and prepared for you because HE surely has. Hasn’t HE promised in HIS Word?
“Seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read: no one of these shall fail, none shall want her mate: for my mouth it hath commanded, and his spirit it hath gathered them.” – Isaiah 34:16.
Oh, my gorgeous queens, you need to start trusting and following HIM more and stop degrading and belittling yourself and your destined king by chasing a man instead of being the one chased. It is totally contrary to the order and nature of our creation, and it can never please our Maker.
