The simple fact most people don’t understand is that every thought we think and every word we speak is creating our future. These words go into the universe and are accepted and returned back to us as an experience.
If you can really accept the fact that anytime you speak a word, for every time you think a thought, you are literally painting your future and creating your own life experiences, you will begin to have full control over your life.
This is too simple to do however, most people find it hard to accept that their thoughts have the power to change their life and their current circumstance.
My dear mgbeke, you need to deliberately begin to speak positivity into you life because what you say and what you believe is what the universe will hand over to you as your life story.
The first thing to do is;
Write down everything thing you do not want for yourself and begin to process how your thoughts are contributing to those negative situations you have identified.
Most of us just think and think without paying attention to how those thoughts are affecting our daily life.
To be honest;
We live in a world of distractions, from the radio, to the social media; we most times do not have the time to carefully ascertain how our thoughts could affect our daily, weekly or monthly goals.
Whenever you start a task with a negative mindset, you are bound to face negative reactions and distractions because that’s how the universe works; You always get what you put in.
Lets take an Example;
When you want to plant a tree, the first thing is finding the right seed. Speaking positivity into your daily life is like finding the right seed and like every planting cycle, it doesn’t just end at that, you have to work towards achieving it daily.
Finally;
One thing you need to be doing in 2021 is to build your self-esteem real fast and one of the most secure ways to do this is to value and praise yourself daily.
Every morning you wake up, I need you to look into the mirror and say nice things about yourself, speak positive words about your goals and aspirations, believe in yourself and in your dreams.
Be proud of who you are, and not ashamed of how someone else sees you.
