Hope is the one thing that can help us get through the darkest of times, storms, tough moments and situations.
Our great African leader, Desmond Tutu said, “HOPE is being able to see that there’s light despite all of the darkness”. If you want your dreams to be a reality, you must be hopeful and see all the cracks in everything as a space for lights to come in.
Hopelessness is not a reality but a condition created by our minds. There is always a way out of every situation if only we remain calm, take meaningful actions and have mental toughness. We have to be hopeful in every circumstance.
Humans are emotional in nature and we have feelings, it is normal to be sad over a bad situation, but how you handle it is what makes you either hopeless or hopeful – Be hopeful.
Parents|families with problematic children, men and women with problematic partners should not allow hopelessness take over their situation. Hopelessness will only worsen the situation, be hopeful, pray, talk to the problematic child(ren) or partner, show him/her love, with these the child or your partner will definitely change for good. And if they don’t change and become a threat to your life and that of other people, you can then involve the appropriate government agencies to help you. When you become hopeless and leave everything to fate, nothing will change, it will only get worse.
When faced with difficult situations, act rather than brood over your condition. Reach out to good friends, families, counsellors|therapists, appropriate and licensed government agencies. Don’t die in silence and don’t allow depression set in. Be hopeful.
Are you facing financial difficulties? Don’t be hopeless, act, ask for help and hope for the best, plan, change your strategies and create a new path. Hopelessness changes nothing, be hopeful.
Be hopeful, patient and strong; You will be fine.
