When Our Time Is Up, Money And Power Become Useless – Redeem The Time!
If there is one thing that virtually everyone in this world always makes the mistake of thinking we have in abundance, it is time. Sadly, though, this is the one so-called ‘gift’ of nature that none of us has at all because it waits for nobody!
Do you know that when your time to depart this earth comes, nothing you have amassed will be able to save you or extend your time here, no matter how hard you try?
Terek Young said this concerning time a while ago: “You can always make more money, but when God Almighty says your time’s up, no amount of money or powers can buy you more time. Ask the Abachas; Ask the Rockefellers; Ask the Mellons or John Paul Getty…For all the billions they had, they could not buy just one more second of God’s precious time. Time is a gift; use it wisely – because when it’s gone, it’s gone forever.”
We kill time. We waste time. We save time. We rob and get robbed of time, we lose time, and we think that we have all the time in the world. But none of us is powerful enough to stop the march of time or slow it down, or even know when exactly our time on earth will be up.
Time wasted and the time mismanaged or misused is irreversible. How often do you understand that you could use your time better, and regret that you didn’t spend it wisely? How often do you dream of how good it would be to amend things you did or didn’t do long ago or correctly?
