I got up this morning and as usual walked my two miles and jogged back home. On my way, I met a very beautiful young woman who stopped me and complimented my shoes and my body. She went on to say that she sees me every single morning, and no matter the weather I have to run, walk, and jog. She said she was waiting for the right time to start working out. She said she planned to start at the right time to lose weight.
I held her hands and told her that there’s nothing like the right time to start doing the right things for our health, happiness and to get the best results.
