There is one severe threat to the health of anyone who gets involved in holding grudges and being bitter against others – the threat of being consumed by the hate and venom they bottle within!
Nothing good can ever come from allowing such darkness to fester inside you, and you must rid yourself of such against anyone, no matter what they may have done or are doing against you. It is for your own good.
