STATEMENT BY BARR ENYINNA ONUEGBU

Today, 31st March 2021 His Excellency, the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma carried out a minor cabinet reshuffle wherein I was reassigned from Ministry of Lands Survey and Physical Planning to Ministry of Power.

It is a prerogative of His Excellency to reassign his appointees to where he deems fit for service to the good people of Imo State and to this, I remain faithful and committed to the ideals and principles of the Shared Prosperity administration of His Excellency the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma.

Having served at the Ministry of Lands for over a year my records, no doubt, may have required another assignment to the Ministry of Power and my experience shall be brought to bear in the 3R government. My gratitude to the Staff of the Ministry of Lands Survey and Physical Planning for the support while we worked together and to the staff of the Ministry of Power, I trust we will leverage on the experience and build a great working relationship.

I remain grateful to His Excellency the Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma for finding me worthy in service within the Shared Prosperity administration across board – I shall continue to discharge my duties optimally by the grace of Almighty God who showeth mercy.
