Manners, Maketh Man…So Do Kind Words & Genuine Encouragements!
The release of my two latest book titles has opened up a new phase of personal and interpersonal experiences for me in more ways than I could ever have imagined.
There have been both the good and bad, beautiful and downright ugly, and some pretty remarkably uplifting ones.
One such is my elder sister’s review recently, which reignited the more excellent achievers spirit in me! I am so proud of her and pleased to be associated with such a silent, strong, powerful, and humble achiever and woman like her.
Manners indeed maketh a man, as your gifts and talents are virtually useless if your character is terrible. However, so does genuine encouragement and kind words, as these also have the power to revitalize, reinvigorate, and raise a person’s spirit always.
This review is indeed a perfect example of these, and I am delighted to share it also to encourage someone out there today.
The world-class “heartfelt” REVIEW by my amiable Double Doctor:
“As a scholar and someone who has read many books, articles, and research, I will love to say here that Dr. Sandra Duru is highly gifted with the art of using words to impact people’s lives positively.
I will not say that I am surprised, but this book, the Soul Tonic, exceeded my expectations. Dr. Sandra refused to give her past the power to define her future. She had many challenges and disappointments, but she did not allow those to stop her from becoming who she is today.
This book is a must-read and the best gift (elixir) for anyone out there who is going through something, and we all do!!!
Congratulations, baby sis. The world is yet to see the best of YOU! I couldn’t be more proud of you.”
Kindest regards,
Dr.( Mrs) Stella Onuoha-Obilor, DrPH, MD, MPH, CPHQ, CCM
