Spain and FC Barcelona Femeni’s Alexia Putellas has also been crowned the 2021/22 UEFA Women’s Player of the Year after a sensational season with FC Barcelona Femeni that saw them thrash Chelsea FC Women in the Women’s UEFA Champions League Final to win the tournament for the first time in the club’s history.
