Quitting is hard, it takes courage especially if you do not know what is going to happen next.

You need to move from that table where you are not celebrated, valued or even noticed. you should be able to know what you carry, much more than you can even imagine yourself.

Some of us will not understand this. But my dear Mgbekes I have come a long way, and I am still a very awesome work in progress.

And you know what?

I’m willing to put in the work to get to where I am meant to be and if it means leaving a place that does not appreciate what I can offer, no matter the paygrade, I will leave.

Don’t stay in the place where you are tolerated at all.
