2 Great Qualities That Made The Late Chinedu Nwadike Exceptional In Life!
A lot has been said and written recently about the late Nigerian Gospel musician Chinedu Nwadike who passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022.
Many of these were done while he was battling for his life and trying to survive; first, the kidney disorder and then the Leukemia that eventually took him away from this world.
While he enjoyed great grace and received substantial help from many quarters that opted and still chose to be anonymous, Chinedu also suffered alarming wickedness and mockery even from people who never should have done much to him.
This piece is not about all that, though. I think we have had enough negativity in his matter, and I would like to extol the virtues that made him outstanding here instead.
“He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.
And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.” – Revelation 22:11-12.
I believe that this Word above sums it all up regarding all that’s been done and whatever anyone is still saying or doing.
Now, for this read, here are two things about the late Chinedu that I loved deeply about his life and time here on earth.
(1) Chinedu was an exceptionally gifted and blessed worshipper: I particularly loved this part of his life because I was incredibly blessed by it, both during and after his life.
There are some of his songs that I instinctively turn to anytime I feel weary and down in the spirit, and I feel lifted immediately I start listening to them.
Such was his gifting and ministry from the One who made him. Chinedu knew how to touch heaven with his worship, but even better, he also had the grace to lead people into that atmosphere. I will surely miss him for this.
(2) Chinedu made the most of his time and talent in his time: Another remarkable thing about the late Chinedu is that he truly made his mark here on earth.
He traded with his gifts and talents and earned a good livelihood. Many people bury their skills and never profit from them while alive because they don’t develop and provide value to others with them. Please learn and emulate this from him!
He was not wasteful with his profits too. He married a beautiful wife, had lovely children, and took good care of them according to his capacity as a good man, husband, father, lover, brother, uncle, and everything. This is indeed remarkable!
I know that God decided to take his son home in HIS time, and one day we will understand it better and by. Until then, may God’s peace continue to comfort his family and all the loved ones he left behind…Amen!
What are the things you remember and loved about the late Chinedu? Did he make an impact in your life with his music or any other way? Please share in the comments section as we celebrate his life today.
Amen
